Chris and Meredith

i love this couple so much!!! yes, i know that must sound pretty weird but it's the truth. i have known meredith for such a long time . . . we became close friends when i worked with our high schoolers at church. i was instantly drawn to mer. she was a student that was sincere, loyal and very purposeful. there were a couple of trips that i took with mer that just solidified our relationship. one was a bike trip that we took to Vermont, a trip to Canada, and the other was CHIC (a convention that is associated with our church.)

later, we did a mission trip together where we share a small classroom for our sleeping quarters with 12 other high schooler girls. mer was a student leader along side of me. needless to say, we became close . . .

i followed her journeys through the Peace Corps and then  . . . well there was a young man earlier that i informed her that HE was the ONE!!!!

to that information she just laughed . . . but with age comes, you know, a sense of knowing that these two would be perfect for each other . . . 

 . . . well they dated, broke-up . . . and then seemed to be drawn to each other once again. 

i'm so happy for my dear friend who has found someone to share her next journey of life with.

chris . . . i always knew . . . what can i say.

i love both of you so much and look forward to August !!!!
