Katie

Meet Katie...a senior at East Grand Rapids.
Katie was tons of fun. She did not want to have the usual urban photos done. I'm always up for trying new and different places. So, we started off finding a place with a fountain and some cool rocks, then went and drove over to Calvin College...from there we did only a couple of my favorite spots downtown. Good luck with your senior year and the plans you have for the future.

Gretchen

Gretchen and I had a real adventure. I wanted to do some new places around Grand Rapids, and she was all for going and doing them. Seemed like every place that we went someone had to ask what we were doing, or give them a business card, or for that fact tell us where to go and get better photos.
We ended up talking to one of the street people for a few minutes. He told us he was very excited about all the cool art stuff that was coming downtown. He really though that it would bring tons of people down to HIS neighborhood.

Sneak Peak of Sweet Pea Evalyn

I am so very blessed! I have the sweetest grand-daughter, Evalyn. She is going to be turning three years old this month. Well, it's always fun when the two of us get together. Driving to our adventures Evalyn sings the grandma song...I will keep that as our little song. Sorry, I don't think you would want me to break out in "tune."

Here's the sneak peak of my little sweet pea...

Part ll of my weekend...

Well...
as I said there was this great abandoned farmhouse that was on the side of the road. We grabbed our cameras and began to snoop around and this is what I found. I'd love to hear the real story about what really happened here.

Here is the farmhouse...

Next will be some sneak peaks of the wedding, more to come.

Gotta Love Seniors!

Whew!
What a weekend. I can always say there is never a dull moment when my friend Theresa and I get together. We had a fun, full, and adventurous weekend. From car parts flying off her car to wandering onto abandoned farmhouse to weddings and senior photos. We had an absolute blast! Our first adventure brought us to a wedding in Bay Harbor. Beautiful day, gorgeous bride, and a spectacular evening. Then, the next morning photograph the married couple, find the farmhouse, and then do my nephew's senior photos.

Here is just a sneak peak of Nathan...
